Effra residents invited to meet Met police boss

Effra area residents – along with others in Lambeth – have been invited to a public meeting to meet the head of the Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Bernard Hogan Howe. It’s a good opportunity to raise any general policing or crime issues locally, and for the city as a whole. The invitation was extended to Effra residents through our neighbourhood watch.

It’s on Wednesday 11th April from 7-8pm, with refreshments from 6.30pm at Lambeth College Sixth Form Centre, 45 Clapham Common South Side, London SW4 9BL. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  Here’s the official poster about the meeting, complete with a nifty logo involving a beat bobby’s helmet: April Roadshow Poster(1)
