The Brixton Neighbourhood Forum meets tonight to discuss how the government’s localism agenda can give power to local people to shape their own communities. There will be speakers from the Department of Communities and Local Government and the Princes’ Trust, as well as the Divisional Director of Planning, Regeneration and Enterprise from Lambeth Council, Alison Young. The Brixton Neighbourhood Forum brings together existing groups and members of the public interested in the future of Brixton town centre.
The meeting takes place at the Lambeth Accord building, just up from the town hall at 336 Brixton Road, SW9 7AA, tonight, Tuesday 24th April, from 7-9pm.
