Help me help 2-year old Callum, says Mervan Road resident

photo (48) We’ve been contacted by a neighbour in Mervan road who is doing a 5 mile fun run in aid of Oxford Children’s Hospital where her friend’s 2-year old Callum (pictured) is being treated for a high grade brain tumor. Please sponsor her here

She writes ” As a lot of you have, or know, children about the same age as Callum you’ll understand why sensory equipment to distract children during medical procedures (to lessen pain and avoid sedation) and modern hospital accommodation for parents would be not just welcome, but essential. It’s these types of things that your money will be helping to buy.
“It’s for this reason that I’m donning my pink lycra and downloading my Kate Bush playlist to run 5 miles, aaaahhhhh!”

Effrablog says good luck!!
