MATTHEW BRIDGE is awarded LAMBETH YOUNG VOLUNTEER 2015 for work Rattray Road play Street this Sunday 2-5pm Rattray Road

Matt  is busy this weekend but Rattray Road play Street is still on. I nominated him and he won at Festival Hall last Tuesday he received an award form Lambeth Young Mayor Jacqueline Gomes Neves matt award She said she didn’t know how he managed to do all he does. for Whippersnappers in the week and at weekends for us on  the’ Last Sunday’ of the month.

Freinds of Windrush Square meet Tate library Briixton 5.30pm Tuesday 22nd.

Air Pollution walk Sunday 13th

Hi Brixton friends,
In case you were unaware there is a walk taking place in Brixton on Sunday the 13th of September at 2pm from Rush Common, Brixton Hill near Holmewood Road to Windrush Square to high light air pollution in Brixton.
There is a facebook group with information.

9am-1pm lots of goodies and ways of contributing to Calais action by donation to some stalls

Club volunteers are having a sorting session this evening in the Champion Hill clubhouse from 6.30pm (Wednesday 9 September), and more hands are urgently needed to help them undertake what has become a mammoth task.
